RULES & REGULATIONS

These rules and regulations are set by Star Lake in order to provide the most enjoyable angling experience for all and to ensure the safety of all users of the lake. 
Your attention to these rules is appreciated

• No sacking of any fish for any length of time or reason
• Unhooking mats must be used at all times
• Maximum of 2/3 rods allowed – depending on number of anglers on the lake
• No rods to be left unattended at any time
• No lead core
• All fish must be returned un harmed
• No nuts allowed
• Barbless hooks to be used at all times
• No braided main line to be used, line recommended 15lb
• Semi fixed safety or running leads only
• No particles, unless preprepared by a reputable company
• Iodine or similar products must be used on all catches
• Any excessive drinking or rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated
• No litter, please use the bins provided
• No open fires
• Please respect the other anglers
